Prior Information Notice: PSGW00863 | Gas Safety Training | MOD

Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to deliver Gas Safety Training courses to our client the Ministry of Defence (Dstl).

The courses should cover General Gas Safety and general use of gases with the addition of specialised modules in Cryogenic and lab gases, Industrial, Compressed Gases and Oxy-fuel User workshops, Toxic and LPG gases.

The outcome of this requirement is that Dstl maintains suitably trained and accredited staff in the safe use of gases across five sites at Porton Down, Portsdown West, Langhurst, Sandridge, Alverstoke and Fort Halstead. All trained staff require a gas safety passport issued, valid for 2 years.

This Prior Information Notice is to alert interested Bidders of the opportunity. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders. Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFQ documents will be available on 27th September 2018 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
