Prior Information Notice: PSGW01197 | Leadership and Management Development Digital Toolkits | College of Policing

Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to develop and deliver a set of Leadership and Management Development Digital Toolkits to our client College of Policing.

Policing Vision 2025 emphasises the critical reliance of the police service upon the quality of its people, and suggests this will be achieved by ‘Creating a leadership and management development model which equips leaders at all levels to meet the challenges of the future’. The set of four Leadership and Management Development Digital Toolkits required, will be offered to support the development of Police Officers and staff across the 43 territorial Police Forces in England and Wales.
The toolkits will provide users with simple and quick access to information and learning content. The tools developed should be accessible via an individual’s personal or work smart phone, limiting any accessibility and security restrictions.

We welcome proposals from suppliers who have a track record in the development of digital information and learning resources for previous clients and are interested in working with us to support the development of the Police Service.

This Prior Information Notice is to alert interested Bidders of the opportunity. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders. Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFP documents will be available on 21st January 2019 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
