Prior Information Notice: PSGW01244 | Royal College of Defence Studies - Business Skills | MoD

Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to develop and deliver a series of business skills modules to our client the Ministry of Defence (MoD). The learning will allow participants to:

- Link the role and behaviours of Directors at Board level to previous interventions (City & Industry visits) and Leadership in the Strategic Environment lecture programme.
- Gain an understanding of the considerations required when making commercial strategic financial decisions.
- Appreciate the business elements of analysis and strategy formulation; consider how a Board can affect strategy making in contributing to prosperity and consider business related strategic thinking tools.
- Gain additional in depth knowledge of the skills required in commercial leadership (to complement those other leadership interventions during the course).

This Prior Information Notice is to alert interested Bidders of the opportunity. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders. Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFQ documents will be available on 26th February 2019 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
