Title
Prior Information Notice: WPS798 | Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) Blueprints | NHS England
Description
Capita is looking to appoint a provider to develop and deliver Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) Blueprints to our client NHS England. Our client is looking for bespoke learning products for digital transformation. A Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) will be an internationally recognised NHS care provider delivering exceptional care, efficiently, through the world-class use of digital technology and information flows, both within and beyond their organisational boundary.
There is an expectation for the GDEs to become system leaders and share knowledge on digitally enabled transformation both locally, regionally and nationally. They will do this by creating Blueprints.

A blueprint is a framework for a collection of knowledge assets and an associated methodology for using these assets. The assets capture the learning from organisations experienced at digitally enabled transformation and the methodology allows those assets to be used to maximum effect. The Blueprints will capture both rationale and approach to digitally enabled transformation as well as the technical details of an implementation.
NHS Trusts that employ GDE blueprints are expected to deliver digital capabilities more quickly and cost effectively than has been possible in the past.

The requirement is to design the blueprint framework and methodology, define the assurance regime for blueprints and propose a publication strategy that will drive uptake of the blueprints.
