Prior Information Notice: PSGW00703 | Emotional Intelligence | HR DSTL

Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to develop and deliver Emotional Intelligence training to our client the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl).

Emotional intelligence skills are central to achieving Dstl’s purpose, to maximise the impact of science and technology (S&T) for the defence, security and prosperity of the UK. Developed to varying levels for different roles, EI is core to everyone in Dstl. Development in EI skills is one element of a blended development offering to Dstl staff. It sits at the core of a group of other closely aligned development offerings where EI is a key enabler, most notably in mentoring/coaching, leadership, systems thinking and consultancy.

The requirement is for a 3-part offering to provide training provision for the development of core EI skills that will enable staff at all levels to function effectively in a variety of roles:

1) EI skills foundation level learning;
2) EI skills training and action learning for systems, technical and functional leaders;
3) EI skills for building powerful relationships.

This Prior Information Notice is to alert interested Bidders of the opportunity. We welcome responses from suitably qualified and experienced Bidders. Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFP documents will be available on 23rd July 2018 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
