Prior Information Notice: PSGW00890 | Empowerment Rollout Project | MOD

Knowledgepool is looking to appoint a provider to work with our client, the Army, to deliver an empowerment Rollout project.

Specialist Support is required to assist the Army with an ambitious project to develop, over no more than 12 months, a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) within Army units (Brigades, their subordinate units and their HQs). This work builds on successful pilots, two empowerment proofs of concept projects that developed, resources, tools and guidance to support the required organisational change.

The chosen Supplier will assist us by providing specialist support and training expertise to our Client. Specifically, the Supplier will:

• Support, oversee and guide the diagnosis of problems, designing and implementation of interventions to deliver efficiency and improve productivity in 50 Army units (Brigades, their subordinate units and their HQs).

• Deliver change management and Continuous Improvement training, coaching and mentoring to circa 500 Army personnel.

Bidders will only receive access to the Tender documents after they have been published and no further information or notification will be available until then unless Bidders are advised otherwise.

We anticipate that the RFP documents will be available on 18th September 2018 and Bidders will be notified when these have been released.
